Top Dog Hockey

Accelerated Hockey Camp is for players that have the basic skills down want more ice time and want to learn to play at a higher level. Each day players will have over three hours of ice time. Morning ice sessions are devoted to high intensity training on each player’s individual skill. Drills are design for player’s individual improvement in skating, shooting, puck control, passing and checking. Afternoon ice sessions emphasis on game situations including team and positional concepts such as forechecking, backchecking, cycling, read and react drills, forward and defense responsibilities. Instructional games allow players the opportunity to use their newly learned skills in game situations. Top Dog Staff will be ready to assist players through proper demonstration and with videotape analysis that is reviewed, analyzed in the classroom so that each player receives specific and personalized attention. Along will the other activities such as dryland testing, team building, Stick handling and Shooting circuits . The AHC is a great program for players that enjoy a challenge. A typical day is from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
